Enough About Jeremy Wo - There's a New Newsviner To Study And/Or Emulate: Amanda Lyon

OK i helped start all the stories about Jeremy Wo so I think I'm allowed to suggest we've had enough articles about him (which is not to say the continuing story about him - which has, thanks to OK all the links to prior stories - needs to stop.)

But we have a brand new Newsviner who has done something even more amazing. She has writen zero seeds and one article and that one article was posted at MSNBC, something she didn't know about until I told her here.

I have seen some Newsviners - and no I'm not just looking in a mirror - who have as a goal right now to write stuff so good that it gets picked up my MSNBC.

Using that logic, that an MSNBC link is a homerun, that would mean that this lady is at 100 percent.

No pressure on that second article.

Come read her first article. It's quite good. She seems as mystifed as me on how she did it but, unlike Jeremy Wo, she answers back.

Maybe this means there's hope for us all, as writers here - maybe we don't need to clip to Entertainment Gateway or respond to Calvin's questions - you just write what you're passionate about and you might get lucky?
