This article made me think of the great book Fast Food Nation.

#1 - Sat Apr 28, 2007 9:38 PM EDTA lot of turmoil over the definition of Fast Food. I think that if over 50% of the food produced is picked up by the consumer and eaten off site, then what ya've got is fast food.
